Central Texas’ Favorite Halloween Tradition is Back!
Experience the magic and mischief on the grounds of The Fields Wedding & Event Venue! Guests will be able to trick or treat with fairytale, superhero, and villain characters from Once Upon a Party, explore the venue, enjoy LIVE animal interactions from our friends at Once In A Wild, hear live music and performances, enjoy food trucks and more! The villains will also light up the night with a frightfully fun stage performance for guests of all ages. There’s magical fun for everyone at this annual Halloween event!

Yes! Families can plan to make a day of it or plan for about 2-3 hours to see and do most of the activities and shows.

This event is set to go on in rain or shine! In the event that severe weather should make it unsafe for both guests, staff and vendors to participate, event updates and changes will be sent out to all current ticket holders with available options.

Yes! We encourage guests to dress up but as that guests refrain from any costumes that are too gruesome, gory or otherwise inappropriate for younger guests to see.

While strollers and wagons are allowed, please note that some areas (like our VIP Rooftop Lounge) are only accessible by stairs or are otherwise smaller spaces or uneven terrain and stroller use may be prohibited.

Tickets are available on a first come first serve basis and will only be available at the door if they are not sold out online.

General parking is free! Preferred Parking Passes are available but in limited quantity and must be purchased in advance online.

Food trucks are not included in event admission but available for purchases through the individual trucks onsite.

Important Information
All Guests ages 2 and up must have a ticket to attend. Guests under 2 years do not need a reservation to attend but must be accompanied by an adult with ticket.
Event tickets are non-refundable and valid only for the date and time listed on the confirmation. Unredeemed tickets are considered a donation to Once Upon a Party.
Guests are welcome to take photos and videos for personal use.
Guests may be photographed or video recorded during their visit by Once Upon a Party or its contractors. Purchasing a ticket grants permission to Once Upon a Party to utilize the guest’s image, likeness, and/or sound recordings for the purpose whatsoever in perpetuity.
By purchasing a ticket to this event, Guests assume liability for themselves and their party and do not hold Once Upon a Party, The Fields Wedding & Event Venue or the present contractors liable for any reason.
